Let’ take a look:

Become an Amazon Seller: Do Your Homework

Knowledge is power. As with anything, preparation is key, and as an Amazon seller, you are going to want to know everything that you possibly can to be prepared. How long this takes is up to you. Some people can jump right in, but if you are like me, there is a lot of YouTube watching and there are a lot of questions. Go ahead and dig around and get a feel for it. Take as much or as little time as you see fit. This is going to be the first chunk of time for you.

Product Research

The next thing that you will need to allot time for is your product research. You could have a perfect Amazon business with great postings, a great understanding of Amazon Seller Central, but if you are not selling the right products, you will not make any money. There are several ways to go about conducting good product research and Project Nine University has a lot of good videos on the subject on their YouTube page. Although it might take a lot more or a lot less time to do product research and ‘get your ducks in a row’, this typically takes people a month or two.

Actually Get Your Product

The next step is to actually obtain the product that you want to sell. In order to do this, you will have to find a supplier. This can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Be sure that the supplier that you choose can reliably ship your products on a regular basis. After you find your supplier, you will have to make your first order and wait for it to arrive. Again, this could take a few weeks.

The Fun Begins

After you get your products, you should test them and give them a thorough quality control check. After that, you will need to send your products to Amazon and begin building your listing(s). There is a lot to consider and do while building your listings as an Amazon seller. There is a lot of good information on making your first listing in the videos posted by Project Nine University. You will need to be aggressive about your ad campaigns and PPC ads. You will also have to use keywords and good copy while also providing high quality images and/or videos of your product.

Real Numbers

A lot of people get discouraged about the time that it will take for their Amazon FBA business to start turning profit. The truth is, however, that a successful Amazon business can make a lot of money for you in less than a year. The key is that you follow the necessary steps and keep your intensity and work ethic through the process. If you are willing to do what it takes to leave your nine-to-five and start making better money, check out Nine University. They can help you to learn what you need to know to make it happen. Do not waste your time wondering about it. Jump in and start with Nine University right now.
